A Good Customer Service Experience in Hungary
Last week IKEA overcharged me (I bought 2 boxes, charged for 3). I did not realise this until I was home, so I thought it was hopeless since I did not think there was a way to prove it after the fact. However, I went back yesterday with my bill and gave it a shot. They took down all my details, assigned me a number, and told me they would call within a couple of days. By the time I got home an hour later they called and said that they had reviewed the video from that time and that cash register, and said, yes I am right. Next time I go in I will get a full refund. I am stunned by and thankful for such quality customer service.
