Pickwick's is an institution in the English-speaking community in Vienna, offering Vienna’s largest international film selection. Now a bookstore for new and second-hand literature and a café-bar, Pickwick’s is a great place to relax with a newspaper, and enjoy the inviting atmosphere over a delicious Italian coffee or one of the many varieties of English tea – not to mention the scrumptious cakes, sandwiches and American bagels. Cocktails and long drinks are offered three times weekly; and various cultural events, such as literature and poetry evenings, concerts and cabarets, walking tours, and film evenings are offered here, where English is our first language.
